Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide. Delivery times begin after the production phase is complete:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been handcrafted and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Personalized Items (Final Sale)

Because our Photo Projection and Locket products are uniquely customized with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. * Please ensure your photo meets our quality guidelines before uploading.

  • Double-check your jewelry color, chain length, and engraving text before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in your customization, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Period: You must contact us at service@emotionkeepsake.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Info: Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the damaged packaging.
  • Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for verified quality issues.

Non-Customized Items

For items without personalized photos (if applicable), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placement. After this window, our team begins the micro-engraving process, and the order can no longer be canceled.
  • Address Changes: We can only update your shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped. Please double-check your details at checkout!

4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

Emotion Keepsake is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country’s postal service. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
